"Really surprisingly lovely with an amazing terrace. Location is amazing and staff top tier! Nice complimentary mini bar. Only minor things are we had no mirror near a plug socket and missed having tea or milk for the coffee."

"このホテルはロケーションが良かったと思います。移動の便利さと滞在の快適さのバランスが取れたホテルという印象です。すぐ隣にスーパーマーケットもあるので買い物がすごく楽でした。ホテルの朝食は私達にはちょっと多かったので近くのコーヒーショップでとりましたがこれもすぐ近くなので便利でした。ウォータールー駅まで歩けば移動はしやすいと思いますが最寄りの駅だとそこまでの利便性は感じませんでした。ビックベンまでも徒歩10分程度なので気楽に行けたので徒歩でという移動手段ならロケーションはいいと思います。 部屋もキレイで設備も十分という感じでした。コストとのバランスは悪くなかったと思います。なのですごくコスパが良いとか逆に悪いという感じでもなかったです。"

"The hotel is located in a lovely area that is close to numerous great attractions and dining options- including the Lamprey restaurant in the hotel, which was great! It seemed like a very safe and peaceful area and the hotel is a short walk from the tower hill tube station, so it was really easy to get to other places from there.
