"Free parking and complimentary breakfast were definite pluses. Our room did have some issues, though the shower floor was dirty, and the room felt outdated and in need of upgrades. The beds were clean but not the most comfortable. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming."

"I arrived to check in and my rooms were not ready even though I called hours before. An hour passed and I come up to the front desk again and find out DeeDee (who has horrible customer service) never checked us in! Then there was a mixup with all the rooms. Then I get the room and the showers had dirt stuck to the floor and the shower head looks like it has not been washed ever."
