"My husband and I loved it here, we got a free room upgrade simply because the receptionist checking us in liked my nails! the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing we were bummed about was there were two separate hot tubs in the spa area, one in the men’s locker room and one in the women’s so while being on a relaxing vacation with my spouse, we would have rather had a public hot tub so we could enjoy it together. But if that’s what someone prefers, the hot tubs were very nice and relaxing none the less."

"Our stay was extremely nice. The room was fantastic. Very nice restroom. The bed and bedding was cozy. Our view was great out of our large windows. The hotel’s location was close and in walking distance to many restaurants. We will definitely return to Hollywood Casino @Greektown when we’re in the city again!"

"The inside of the hotel rooms weren’t too bad, especially for the price and location of the hotel. Only problem I would say I’ve had was with the security guard during the night shift. Very sexist. Very disrespectful. And can’t control his temper. I wouldn’t recommend them keeping him there. Horrible service. "
