"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"This resort is extremely clean and the room has everything you need. The food was the best resort food I’ve ever had. The staff were super friendly, professional and helpful. The resort was well maintained and I would definitely come back. The only downside was all the seaweed on the beach. However, the staff tried to clean it up the best they could and it is out of their control. I had a wonderful stay."

We were told that loungers had to be reserved a day in advance, yet they were always “fully booked.” The next morning we were told the same thing, but many of those supposedly reserved loungers stayed empty for hours, and some were never used at all. "La habitación muy limpia, con varias opciones cerca para comer y para caminar tranquilos. Solo no había jabón de baño en la ducha y tuvimos que salir a comprar cuando ya era tiempo de descansar tambien recomendamos que habiliten una pequeña refrigeradora para mantener los liquidos que compren los huespedes porque el calor es fuerte y se necesita tener liquidos frescos para hidratarnos. Despúes todo muy tranquilo, seguro y callado"
