"Food was good. Some great dishes, some good enough. Service was inconsistent. In some restaurants like Kamapai and D'italia the service felt rushed. They wanted you to order everything at the same time. We did the Fuentes Theater Dinner and it was nice but I suggest skipping it. Instead take the money you would have spent on what is essentially a cooking show and 3 glasses of wine and 1 of tequila and take that money and go to Santa Fe steak house. Get the private glass room in the wine cellar and buy 1 or 2 bottles of wine and order once of each of the cuts of steaks and make your own fixed menu for a fraction of the "extra cost" and more and much better food. One thing I would suggest for all the these "ALL INCLUSIVE" hotels it to adopt a NO TIPPING policy or consider a similar policy as cruise lines in which a small but appropriate PREPAID TIPS can be added as an option or maybe Expedia can add as a VIP perk. Having to walk around with a wad of cash to tip for everyone from the time you get off the plane to the time you get back on the plane gets old after a while when I am trying to relax on vacation. Also one last thing, PLEASE stop trying to sell me you timeshare or vacation packages. Fix your business model. If the massage is $200 today it should be the same every day. Stop with the pressured "today only" sales for extra services. It taxes away for the "luxury" experience. Also if you want to swim on the beach, book elsewhere. Would I go again? Maybe if a good deal."
