"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. "Staff very helpful and kind! The resort is very dated! Hot tub in our casita suite did not work, and no discount was offered when we reported it! Our private pool was slimy, dirty, and was NEVER cleaned our entire stay (7 nights)! Would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone! It was a very disappointing stay and Expedia should know that this resort only wants to sell memberships, at our check in, thru out our stay, and even the day we left waiting for our transportation to return to...
