"My wife and I stayed at the Milam for our honeymoon. The resort is a sight to see, upon arrival we checked in and was greeted by the hostess. The hostess escorted us to our villa in which we were greeted by a gentleman with drinks. Once inside the villa there were rose petals and candles lit per our request and a bucket of ice and champagne. There is an indoor pool, and a king size bed. There is a beautiful outdoor shower and an area for luggage and shoes. This area also includes a safe. The pool was a nice size and was very clean, over time of using it, there was a fine skim over the top, this was after day five however, which I assume was from our body oils, lotions. The main pool area was always clean and had clean pool towels, the pool itself had a self cleaner that did not seem to be doing much by itself. I would recommend having an actual pool person assist with the things the self cleaner misses. The staff was nice and friendly, the resort is pretty quiet and peaceful, there is a bar by the outdoor pool that has an option for swimming or walking to access it. The bar area was the only area on the resort with a tv."

"I wanted to splurge for my first solo trip and picked this location for my stay. Located about 1.5 miles from Tulum's main street. It was a quiet and tranquil location. I loved that you had a personal pool just for yourself. I will say that if you are driving back from an excursion at night, it will be a bit hard to find, even though it's properly lit. Be sure to have your GPS ready to guide you back. The staff is very accommodating. They even assisted me in picking my Chichen Itza tour. Now this location is meant for you to unwind. They do not have a tv in the room, but they do have wifi. You're equipped with a mini fridge to keep your drinks cold. You are in the jungle, so be prepared to see little lizards on the walls. Completely harmless, but something to keep in mind. If I had one complaint, it would be the hot water. You do have to mess with it to adjust, and it does not last long. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Anat and would stay again."

"Our stay at Hotel Amari exceeded every expectation. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, the communication from the staff was exceptional. Every question was answered promptly through messages, and every team member was genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The villas are absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. Every detail reflects quality and comfort, creating what feels like a true five-star luxury experience. The café deserves special recognition as well. Every meal we had was outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What surprised us most is that this hotel is rated as four stars. In our opinion, it absolutely deserves a five-star ranking based on the quality of the accommodations, the service, and the overall experience. We loved staying here with our family so much that after spending four nights elsewhere, we realized how much we missed Hotel Amari and decided to come back for another four nights. That says everything about how special this place is. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We are deeply grateful for your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. We can't wait to return and will wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Amari to our family and friends."

"The hotel is pristine. The staff wonderful: What was most disappointing was that not all services are included (the sauna, cold plunge and sound baths are all $$$$). Only yoga. Not even coffee is included, so every morning you’re paying $20 per coffee if you want more than 1 shot of espresso from your room. Be prepared to spent a pretty penny if you are staying here."

"This place was awesome. Not only was the price amazing but we booked and got checked in, in less than 30 minutes. We arrived in Tulum with our 3 kids to find out the resort we booked at closed the night before. House was clean and ready to go. Nice location close to the city life and felt super secure the whole time."
