"We had an amazing stay here in a beautiful palapa roofed home. It was well equipped, even had coffee, tea and sugar. Bathroom included ample towels, and shower \ hair products. It was nicely decorated, the hammock was great to relax in and beds were comfortable. Outside was beautiful with lots of plants, tiny geckos, birds and a few resident cats which were sweet and friendly. The pool was refreshing and had a good temperature. There was a rustic covered outdoor common area with more hammocks and a place for yoga or meditation. The onsite caretaker was friendly and helpful, even offering us some mosquito repellent. Pool and grounds were cleaned daily. I highly recommend!"

"Breakfast was scarce. Not much to offer and the man running the breakfast was extremely rude. We skipped they’re breakfast for those reasons and ate in town for a much more pleasurable experience seeing as we were on vacation. The main Pool had so much chlorine in it we only went in once it hurt skin/eyes. Our private rooftop pool was not clean. Pretty disappointing. The staff didn’t speak much English or pretended not to so there was not much to do but deal with this place while we were there. I would not recommend this place to stay at if you are looking for anything others than a basic place to sleep. There are no amenities and it is run down. The staff was not accommodating at all. The room was cleaned 1 time in a week. We tried for a second cleaning and it appeared that they didn’t do anything but remove the trash and make the bed. Floor not cleaned, counters not wiped. Strange. We did leave the housekeeping all of our leftover food (pantry) we over bought. All in all we were highly disappointed in this place. Online it looks nice but it is not what it looks like online in person. And the treatment from the staff was cold. We travel a lot and this is not a place I would recommend"

"The property was unique and beautiful surrounded by nature felt refresh daily. The staff was amazing and kind. However, the food was not the best I would only recommend staying within the limit of breakfast that was included as the food doesn’t have much flavor. What I did not like was the private pool were extremely cold. The expectation was the pool to be at least a regular shower temperature throughout the day but it was extremely cold at all hour of the day. If you experience cold plunge before that is the temperature of the private pool. There must be an alternative of heated option for these pools."

"The room was gorgeous in my opinion. The layout was great. Even though we didn't use the pools on the site, the pools were amazing aesthetically and just brought a sense of calmness immediately for our vacation. I was very disappointed in myself that I didn't use the hammocks pools or gym but we made extensive use of the room and the morning breakfast was amazing. This hasn't happened to me before, but please make sure that you have your phone working when you get into Tulum and you ask a taxi to take you to this place. My phone ran out of battery and I didn't quite have the address no one seemed to know where this place was whether that was part of the scam to get more money out of you the taxi ride turned into a joyride that felt like it was going to be a life or death situation late at night when we arrived. Other than that I absolutely recommend this hotel for its staff the food the ambience location and culture around it. I will try to be back"

"Fantastic boutique hotel located just outside of downtown Tulum (very jungle feel). About 15 min drive to Tulum Beach area. Adults only location with a fun rooftop bar/DJ! Rooftop pool (we never used this, but it was pretty). The in-room bar was always stocked with beer, wine, waters, juice, and snacks for purchase. Pay the extra to stay in a room with the furnished patio/balcony!! BEAUTIFUL! The tub on the balcony was amazing. The staff are super friendly, but you will need to use some translator apps while there if you do not speak Spanish. The front desk set up taxi rides, gave recommendations for restaurants, etc. The food was fine, but we did not eat there often. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore Tulum/LaValetta and we did! Rent an ATV on your first day and you won't regret it. We did a lot of walking the 1st two days...Taxi rides are EXPENSIVE. This hotel was with 10-15 minutes of several Cenotes/Parks easily accessable by ATV. Negatives: No elevator. We chose a room on the 4th floor, but we needed the exercise! (It was worth it for the views of the sunrise/sunset!) The room (while on the smaller size) had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed and was well decorated. The shower was amazing! This experience taught us that staying in boutique hotels in Tulum is WAY better than an all-inclusive experience if you want to get a feel for the real local hangouts, community, and the real Tulum vibe! Less expensive too! "

"Overall, the hotel grounds and nice and maintained. I can say the rooms were nice and spacious as well. The only problem is outside noise in the apartment. My 1 bedroom was outside of the pool with kids constantly screaming. I was able to tune it out but the bedroom located in the back faced the road and you can clearly hear every car driving by. Thankful the road is clamber at night. On my second day there was a high pitched loud buzzing sound coming from the courtyard. I couldn’t tune this sound out and it was extremely irritating. I walked around to see where it was coming from and finally asked the front desk if I could change rooms. I also noticed my balcony door didn’t close all the way. The front desk said we don’t have any other one bedrooms available and said nobody ever complained about this noise. I offered to take a downgrade or even pay for an upgrade to no avail. I convinced them to come hear the sound and they finally agreed and learned the sound was coming from a motor outside of my room. They shut off the motor and all was well and they sent someone to fix the door. The motor was back on my last day but I just dealt with it. The front desk could have handled the situation better and offered some accommodation rather than dismissing my claims. Overall it’s a nice place but not relaxing and staff could have been better. I’d think twice before booking this place or at least book a room on the higher floor to avoid the noise. "

"Stayed with my wife and six year old. We all loved it here. It's cozy, quiet, thoughtfully designed and is a relaxing place to stay. The staff were so nice that we came back to visit them after we'd moved on to our second hotel of the trip. I wish we'd stayed here the entire time!"
