"Good location, nice hotel but no fridge unfortunately."

"Extraordinary hotel and apts. Loved the stone walk ways and lush jungle landscaping Clean, safe, comfortable. The staff made the difference between a great stay and an unforgettable stay. Photos are accurate. Good location. Wonderful resturant. I had the pleasure of staying in 2 different rooms with plunge pools and a 1 bdr apt with plunge pool. Wow. Huge pool, priviate sun deck big enough to hold a 10 person party. Beautifully decorated. Large 2nd terrace, full large kitchen. Front desk...

"El lugar esta muy limpio, bonito, cumple su propósito."

"Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....

As well as the issue of most of the eating options closed on main resort and no food area open besides the bar and a small hamburger grill table set up to which...

However, the amenities fell short of expectations. There were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it difficult to actually spend time in the pools, enjoy the balcony, or use the room jacuzzi. Additionally, the steam room and sauna were never kept on. You had to request them in advance to use them, which felt pointless and...
