"Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. "

"The hotel suite was stunning. Completely exceeded our expectations. Only issue was we were led to believe there was a rooftop lounge and there was not. The location was perfect for shopping, sites, nightlife & dining. There are zero amenities, no room service, no morning coffee…but I’d still stay here again and again. "

"Lovely hotel, though we were in a room next to the lift which was surprisingly noisy. Our bathroom (which turned out to be a shower room) was beautifully fitted but unreasonably small. The terrace was fine but overhyped as it is confined with multitudes of tourists streaming past which felt far from luxurious. Considering how overwhelmingly busy the location is, a roof terrace would be preferable. The staff were wonderful and the concierge, Dario, was marvellous."

"One of the coolest places I ever had the pleasure of staying at!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Excellent location!! Extremely clean and wonderful staff!! A 14th century structure with all the best modern upgrades! Located right on the main street and about a 2 minute walk from the duomo - yet, with huge rock walls and double-pane windows, we didn’t hear any of the crowd below.
