"The picture of the property was completely different to the room we offered. The carpets were run down, stained arm chairs, damaged bed frames & the toilet had damaged hangers and cabinets Overall disappointed with the price point; website pictures vs the actual room. "

"This was the most terrible stay we've ever experienced: - the rooms very smelly and dirty. My heels got black walking barefoot inside the rooms. Leaks on the ceiling, dirty windows fixed with scotch tape. - kitchen was absolutely useless: no anything (no plates, utensils, pans, etc.). Available upon request, though. The electric range was ancient, we haven't tried to use it. - Miniscule TV - useless. In addition, cable got broken during our stay, apparently."

"Room was perfect, for my little family and I. We stayed in the cottage room so the kitchen was perfect and had cups and plates as well which was wonderful. Towels and room service was just a little rough we didn’t get it after requesting, just wanted room service to get fresh new towels and a little touch up on the room that we didn’t get but I understand it may get busy or short staff. But overall wonderful stay not our first time staying here and not our last either thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!"
