"We had a great stay! The room was very clean, and the staff was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Gave us suggestions on activities and restaurants to eat at. The location was also perfect with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The only downside was that the upstairs neighbors were quite loud, and we could hear them at times. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"If you don’t mind going back to the 60’s then go for it. This is not an upgraded hotel! Rooms are really tiny. There is no microwave in the room. If you have any questions before arriving to the hotel, the phone number they provide on Expedia or the hotel websites never gets answered and you can’t even leave voice messages because the box is full!!!!"

"This was our first time visiting Catalina and we stayed for three nights. Honestly, we could not ask for better service. The hotel spotless. The breakfast was a treat each morning. Loved the chocolates left in the afternoon and the snack upon arriving. We would stay here again without hesitation and recommend to anyone. The room is cozy and it was great place to unwind between shopping, eating, and enjoying Catalina."

"It was a very cute and quaint place to stay. We arrived when staff was at lunch, so our keys were set out at the front desk for us. The room was charming. However, work was being done on the patio, and a worker was using a loud sander. I do understand that upkeep needs to be done from time to time. Also, there was no indication that we would have to walk up a big hill to get to the property.
