"We rented a room for 3 people so we were given a room with a double and twin bed. The twin bed is literally a rolling cot. We were on the second floor from the entrance and had our own huge bathroom. The room and bathroom were clean by Venice standards. There is free wifi but it seems to be available just outside the room by the stairs only. Since we were right by the stairs, we just used it with our door open so no problem. We were lucky to get wifi at all since in other hotels it was not...

"This was not what I paid for! The room was nothing like the picture advertised.it was pocky and tiny with very little room to move. The shower door was blocked by the toilet and wouldn't close. Check in was over a computer monitor with just a voice telling me to pick up directions and go elsewhere to register. Never met the voice's owner. An overall depressing experience."
