"Visited April 11 and were surprised to find that room was uncomfortably hot and there was NO Air conditioning in room. Front staff said that it was a heritage building and city regulations provide that air conditioning cannot be turned on Until April 15. Twin beds are very low to ground and touching side by side. Bathroom was satisfactory "

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. The hotel is in a quiet area, about 20min walk from many of the main attractions, and all the hustle and bustle. The roof top bar is a must, the food and drinks were excellent, and view was spectacular by day and night. We stayed in an inter-connecting family room which was perfect for our needs as a family of 4 with two children in their teens. Staff were great in helping with restaurant recommendations, ordering taxi's, giving directions, etc. Nothing was too much hassle. We had a fantastic stay."

"The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

"Ok. Not great. Not bad. Just ok. Our room was clean but had a set of stairs and an outside door right outside our room. Our neighbours came back at 1:30am two nights and woke us up, not because the were noisy, but because the shared door was so close to us. I don’t think the location is particularly good. It’s 12 minutes walk from Termini which is why we chose it but 30 minutes walk to the nearest must-see sight. If you want a fancy hotel that’s near the sights, book elsewhere. "
