"There were 4 of us from Canada staying at Roma Resort for the first time from Sept 13-18 2025. Initially, we were worried by the damp / musty smell in the reception area but the room was nothing like that. It was clean, cool (air conditioning in the room) and the room was cleaned well when needed. 2 shared the bed and 2 shared the pullout couch - not a bad pull-out mattress. "The area was a bit far from the touristy things in Rome. But also quiet and is more like a local. The Ubers were pricey but food was very fairly priced. The unit was also great. Spacious and clean. "

"We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy. "

"Location is excellent to arrive by train and walk to your apartment. We also walked from our apartment to the Colosseum and Forum comfortably and there are many restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. It is one minute walk from Santa Maria Maggiore to visit the grave of Pope Francis."

"Nightmare to check. In I had hard time to check in to get access to get in the apartment and call the manager of the property after I got dropped off from airport and don’t have WiFi he wants me to check in before he give access to apartment it has to be done over the internet and phone no body at the property "

"It was a good and comfortable place. The forniture are a little bit old. The backyard was very dirty without any maintenance. The only thing I don’t like a lot is that the landlord entered without permission to take away some blankets and towels that were from the previous tenant and were in the yard. "

"Property was clean spacious, accessible to metro train, restaurant and famous historical places to visit in Rome, AC working well, Massimo was great helping us, I will recommend this place to stay specially for family its like home 👍"

"Stayed 6 person comfortably good clean apartment & street cars are right infront of the entrance but if you’re light sleeper will hear it all the time but we didn’t had problems. Only thing is lift outside the apartment is smells old other than that good place to stay."

"Had a lovely stay here, the place is very clean, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and designed. It is conveniently located very close to the city, market, and a short drive to Roma Termini. Will definitely be looking to book it again if available on my next trip to beautiful Roma."

"This apartment was in a great area, easy to walk to everything (10-20mins to most things) and it was a good size for the 4 of us. It has a washing machine, which was great, but it doesn’t dry them all the way so be ready for that. Only recommendation I would make is that after someone checks in, is to give them the key code in the email or through WhatsApp. We were given the “keyless” entry for the app but it kept saying it was offline and it actually never worked. "The hotel overall was excellent and exceeded expectations. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect we were able to get around Rome easily. We would book a stay here with a doubt. The problem once again came with Expedia. They messed up our reservation and we almost lost it. I will not be using Expedia to book future travel and will tell others not to use Expedia. "
