"Well, on our 1st day we called four different times trying to have the staff bring us more coffee for our following morning. Needless to say each attempt failed. We asked the cleaner, no luck, we called the check in ,no luck, I called the front desk ,no luck I called the number on the night stand, no luck. We were very disappointed with the service."

"Hubby and I needed a place to stay that isn't on the Strip. We found the Red Rock and will never stay anywhere else when in Vegas. Wonderful rooms, quiet hotel away from the casino. Smoke-free hotel. The array of entertainment is great. Kids have plenty to do. Everything was clean, comfortable and friendly. Do not hesitate to stay here!"

"Great place once you get past the check in membership spiel. Just say no, no, no and you’re in! BUT 10 am check out is RIDICULOUS!! Kitchen utensils are minimal."

"When we first arrived we tried to locate a whirlpool and was later told they didn't have one and needed to take the sign down. We asked twice for towels and toilet paper to be changed as well as the room had no conditioner or lotion. It's big pumps on both. I had to go down and get them. We didn't need to room cleaned and took our own trash but still had to go get the bare minimum after staff told us it would be handled. The hallways smelled like smoke even when it says no smoking."

"The Venetian was a beautiful place. It was huge, and had many options for shopping and dining. The architecture of the facility was gorgeous and just awe inspiring! Definitely was amazed and loved the amenities. The bed was so comfortable. The people were so nice. The check-in line seemed like it was going to be forever even at the kiosk, but it really took no time at all. Gave us a chance to get to know the other people in line and just was a phenomenal time. "the Hotel was Fabulous. The pool area was great, the only sad part was that the hot tub was not working. But the rooms were very comfy and large. We really appreciate that you are able to log into your Netflix acct. It is nice that you have to show the security your room key to get the room area. Very Family Friendly"
