"I am handicapped and use a scooter to get around. A week before my stay i went to the Marriott and, so I thought, secured a handicapped room. When I checked in I was on my scooter and reminded them that I had a handicapped room secured. They put me in room 1111. No handicapped bars, a high bed that I needed a stool to get into. I called the front desk and was told they were booked and there wasn't a room avaliable. I also complained when I checked out and they apologized. I have issued a...

"Hotel was updated and in a nice area. Had a nice pool, weight room, and breakfast. My only complaint, we had a dog and obviously can’t eat in the breakfast area or pool area. It would be really nice if a few tables/chairs were set up outside so we could eat there with our dog. You are charged $75 extra for the dog and I understand the extra cleaning due to dog hair but it would be nice if we didn’t have to eat in our room."

"We stayed at HGV for four days and three nights. The room that I reserved was equipped with everything from a full kitchen, a living room, a washer and dryer and a spacious bathtub. All of the staff were amazing and very helpful. I would love to book with Hilton grand vacation once more the next time we visit Vegas."

"Expedia listed that there was a rollaway bed with the room that I booked, however when I got there I was informed by hotel staff I couldn’t have a rollaway bed with the room due to safety. Expedia was unwilling to help out and we didn’t have enough beds for everyone :("
