"Live Aqua Cancún gets all 10’s across the board with me! The staff were super friendly and helpful with any and everything that I needed. The resort was very clean and the food was absolutely delicious at every restaurant on the premises. I would 100% recommend this resort if you’re planning to go to Cancun. I can’t wait to come back again!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Excellence. The staff was friendly and their attention to detail was superb. The resort was incredibly clean and very well maintained. The spa was amazing! Our only disappointment was that the lazy river was not working. Overall, we loved our stay and will do it again without hesitation."

"Great for an adult get away. Food was not the greatest compared to when we travelled into town or to visit other places. However the resort has a great selection but the quality isn’t the greatest."

"I stayed at the superior room for 3 nights and 4 days, Everything was good. The room was clean and spacious for 1 person. The hotel is clean and quiet which is really nice. The only complain I have is the water pressure in the shower and sink. It's very low more like dripping water so if they can fix it for the next customer that would be great. Other than that I had a really nice time there and it's so close to the airport!"
