His professionalism and hospitality really stood out. We also want to recognize Crystal at the front desk lobby reception. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. And a huge thank you to Paula, the massage therapist. She was attentive, professional, and made the spa experience incredibly relaxing. The customer service throughout the resort was outstanding, and we can’t wait to come back again.
