"The experience at this resort was UNREAL! I am at a loss for words. Beach & beach service = PERFECT! I highly recommend upgrading to Excellence Club if possible and getting the Swim up Suite. Each restaurant was great, especially lobster house. The staff was outstanding and super kind, they appreciate your tips and kind words. I would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone. The ONLY and I mean ONLY complaint I can think of is long waits at restaurants BUT it was only at 2 out of the 4 we went to, and it was PACKED... this is pretty par for the course at these all inclusive's, but you need to just go early! "

"Our family enjoyed staying at the GR Solaris, this one is a smaller hotel than we are used to but we totally loved it! food was great! We loved the brick oven pizza by the pool! And also loved the deli with the gourmet coffee and sandwiches open all day! Buffet had so much to pick from and specialty restaurants were great but a little hard to get reservations, we could only try the Italian and the Mexican restaurants. Bonnie at the front desk was great! Bar service needed more attention specially with drinks at the beach Please tip these hard working people! Our only complaint is there wasn’t a lot of shows or entertainment at night. Beach was great very clean and enjoyable! We will definitely be back!"

"This all inclusive resort was the best one yet for me and my lady. We was nervous at first but the staff, guest, locals, and police were all positive and welcoming. It felt like we were king and queen being recognized after only the 2nd to 3rd day knowing who we were. We learned some new Spanish and have great laughs, went on tours, the Riu Party was a must for sure!! The staff for activity and entertainment were always giving a show and never once got upset no matter how hot, or uncomfortable it could be to make sure we were happy. I am going to miss the food, which I feel like was tasty especially the Italian restaurant!! Some might think the food choices are the same, but they try to mix it up at the buffet and if you can cook, you can grab d different dishes and make you own style. Will be going back asap! FYI, if booking a shuttle or van for any transportation might seem scary but they actually really good. Don't take the Taxi (my opinion)."
