"Impossible to find poolside chairs, any seats by the pools. People are reserving them by going at 7am and leaving personal items. Nice resort but not my best experience. Also no lounges for customers when you check out from the room, our flight was in the late afternoon. "

Most guests are from the USA and Canada (which made it difficult for our son, who only speaks Spanish, to play with other children). Areas for improvement: cleaning the sargassum seaweed on the beach and having a pool with warm water."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay. The room was spacious and clean. We received great poolside food and drink service from Abraham. 👍 I recommend taking the airport shuttle provided by the hotel to avoid the taxi zoo at the airport. "

"Staff were great, rooms were nice. We were concerned about food safety but we all did fine and had everything including sushi and salads. Desserts were really good. Each property has a different vibe with Sunrise being most party-like and The Grand most little kid friendly."
