"We just got back from AVA Resort in Cancun and had an awesome stay. The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. From check-in to checkout, the staff was welcoming and attentive. We traveled with our boys and this place is truly family friendly. There was plenty for them to do, and we never felt like it was “adults only” or geared one direction. It had a great balance — fun energy but still relaxing. The Friends & Family room was a huge hit. It gave us plenty of space to spread out, hang together, and still have privacy when needed. Perfect setup for a family trip. Great amenities, solid food options, and an overall vibe that made it easy to enjoy time together. We’d definitely come back."

"Absolutely fabulous resort!! Everything from the food to the service was excellent, we had a few issues with a tap and a fan but otherwise had an outstanding time. Everyone was responsive to our needs .... Who am I kidding - wants. Everytime we asked for anything it was looked at promptly. Definately a higher end resort and would not hesitate to return."
