"Great hotel with tricky shuttle. Nice staff, comfortable and convenient hotel. However, shuttle is very disorganized and unreliable. Please triple check with staff (at various levels) to secure your spot and make sure you get picked up on time."

"Very clean hotel. Ocean view was incredible. It was better than Grand beach. Grand and Nizuc has no waves and not clean beach. That's why there have big pool. Food was very good except japaneses. Donot buy voucher or membership of Moon Palace. I was trying to voucher but hotel was full and cannot use it. "

"Great place, everything was amazing — clean, cozy, and with a pleasant atmosphere. I especially liked the privacy and comfort of the rooms. The only downside is that to leave, you have to call a local number or send a WhatsApp message to open the garage. If your phone is dead or you don’t have service (for example, on a short one-day trip), this could be a real inconvenience. It would be great if they offered an alternative way to exit."
