"It’s a charming lodge experience. The location was perfect for Lake Louise and Moraine Lake shuttles access. The staff were exceptional. During check-in (Abby?) worked to find the answer to my question and resolved it. She also booked my shuttle transportation for the next day and planed the timing for each shuttle perfectly. "Good overall. Only comment is there is no grab bars in the bathroom. This is all too common with other hotels and should be a requirement in our opinion."

"The cabin was dated along with the furnishings but it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. It is about a 25 minute drive to Banff and Lake Louise and we had an awesome grizzly encounter right down the road on 1A with 3 grizzlies. The staff are great. There is a small grocery store that has essentials, beer, wine and the creamer you will need for your morning coffee provided."
