"No elevator in the lodge, so we hauled our suitcases up the stairs. We were anxious to watch FIFA World Cup soccer, but there was no TV in the room. The meals and drinks at the Lodge were way overpriced. The lodge is between Hinton and Jasper, so there are no nearby restaurants or food stores. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was great."

"Super old motel room, the air conditioning was super noisy when it’s been switched on. Towels were worn outside. Pretty noisy, you can hear people walking pass the door and speaking in the corridor. Occasionally the smell of cigarettes coming into the room."

"We had a fantastic stay at Pine Bungalows and would highly recommend it. Our cabin was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had beautiful views of the pine forest and the stunning Athabasca River right outside. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly seeing a group of elk wandering right up to the cabins on our first evening. It was an incredible experience, and we learned that they live in the surrounding woods. We didn’t see them again during the following three nights, though, so don’t count on...

"Amazing experience the family room was spacious, the staff was nice, no issues with parking. The only downside is that the walk to downtown Jasper is 20 minutes, otherwise a 5 star experience"
