"The room was fine; quiet, roomy, everything worked and it was a well stocked studio with a Mountain View. Front desk staff—- no bueno. Not nice not friendly not helpful—-seemingly unhappy workers or I was very smelly?we were checked quickly. We did check in early 2:30 instead of 4/4:30. Our unit was the furthest end of the complex away from pool and restaurant. One entrance /exit to hotel—- always passed the front lobby—- no back stairs or easy access to street/ vehicle—-was annoying. Esp....

"Unfortunately someone got into our cabin/trailer, management called me a liar and said “it didn’t happen”. I’ve never anything taken out of my room ever, but someone took toiletries out of our bathroom. Who does that? Creepy. Also, the place was not clean, I have pictures. "
