"We have stayed here before because it is in a good location, feels safe, clean, budget friendly and suits our needs for our visit. This recent stay was a little different experience (2.5-3 stars). Blow dryer didn’t work and water was turned off intermittently our last night (3 night stay). We were able to get a blow dryer from the front desk, but it was an inconvenience especially after a travel day. Water was back on next morning but had to leave early for the airport without a shower. "

"Parking was easy, I liked that at night there was a security guard to watch over the cars. The staff were nice, didn’t communicate too much with them but were nice in every interaction I had. The only thing that could use some help is the rooms, since it had a smell and wasn’t entirely clean. That was a bummer."

"Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper...
