"Overall the hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were nice, but the layout of the elevators made getting around very inconvenient. The lobby is located on the 70th floor, so every time we left or returned to the hotel we had to go up to the lobby first and then take another elevator down to the ground level. We also had friends staying on different floors, and visiting them meant going up to the 70th floor and then back down again, which became frustrating throughout the stay. We also had mixed experiences at La Boucherie where we went for breakfast three mornings. The first day the service was slow but the food was great. The second day the service improved, but the food was disappointing—overcooked and noticeably smaller portions than the day before. On the third day the service was slow again and the food was just okay. It was also difficult to get basic things like water, coffee refills, or condiments since the servers rarely came back to check on the table. Overall the hotel has great potential, but the elevator layout and inconsistent restaurant service made the experience less convenient than expected."

"Delayed check in. Had to wait over an hour after check in time 3pm. Got room key after 4pm. Check out was at 12 noon, room wasnt available but several people were rooms were checked in immediately. Requested convenience fee and valet parking to be refunded. This is how they treat gold status with complementary room upgrade. Never staying there again. Management was emailed without response. One thing positive is literally across the street from LA live"

"It was a one night stay but the staff at the reception desk were very accommodating with information on our room and the amenities provided. As we checked out the reception was just as informative in the process. Truly a lovely experience!"

"We had a 2 bedroom unit. Unit was large and so nice! The property is in good condition but does show some wear and tear. A couple of things I wish I had known… Parking is $61 a day which is insane. I had no idea. There is a lot directly across the street that is $15. Music is played on full blast well into the morning hours (2am) and even with all windows closed you hear it loud and clear. Lack of hot water.. to be fair we read they were having water issues and had to turn off all the water for a few hours but no hot water for 2 days with kids.. not good. Free WiFi- couldn’t get it work, not even once Lastly - you have to leave the hotel to get food or coffee. They give you a 12 cup coffee maker and a 1 cup pod of coffee. Wasn’t sure what to make of that. Now all that being said, the rooms were large, the pool was super clean and the property felt safe. The unit also had a washer and dryer that works great. So depending on what your needs are this can be the most amazing hotel. If traveling with little ones, I might suggest a more family friendly property where there is quiet time and food options. Staff was great, no complaints just a few callouts to help others."
