"What a wonderful stay at the heart of Los Angeles. Sparkingly clean room. Helpful staff. The only downside is the breakfast being too simple for a full day ahead, but nothing surprising since we knew what to expect from others' reviews. All in all, there are not many, if any, better hotels in the neighbourhood in terms of cost benefits."

"Stunning hotel and loved the rooftop bar. I went up to do some work in the morning (still on East Coast time), and it was peacefully quiet. I got to enjoy the stunning view of The Eastern and watch the sunrise. By lunchtime, the roof was buzzing with people and had a completely different vibe. Both experiences were well worth it. The staff was particularly lovely, and I could easily walk to many great coffee shops, museums, and eateries--and don't skip Santee Alley! I know downtown gets a bad...

"Great high-end hotel for the price. It’s beautifully decorated, centrally located and within walking distance to so many restaurants, entertainment venues and within a short ride to all that Los Angeles has to offer. The staff was incredible too! Very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider the Hotel Fig when we return!"

"Love the room, the sink was stopped up and they took away the resort fee. The closest is small but the ambience the space was amazing. It was our anniversary and they gifted us with a room credit and wine. So thoughtful."

"Terrible service I absolutely do NOT recommend coming here. They had cancelled my reservation and tried to blame it on Expedia. Thankfully I was able to reach out to Expedia and they had spoken to the manager, Milbdred, and the hotel had admitted to be the ones who cancelled my reservation. It had us waiting for an hour so we could get our room. No apologies were given after they had given us the key to our room. And the manager had told us that breakfast was served till 11, but she didn’t...

"My stay was great after maneuvering the road closures due to an event nearby. The location is excellent; across from the Walt Disney Concert Hall. The staff was professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the choice of favorite pillow, extensive. The drinks at the bar were on point, with a beautiful view. The breakfast we had was delectable! It was a wonderful stay!"

"The staff were very helpful and very professional. The room is ok. I didn’t realize they don’t have the amenities ( slippers, bathrobes, shower cap, pens-and writing pads)you would be expecting in a big hotel like this."
