"I booked two rooms for eight nights, and the staff made the whole experience incredible, they were all very warm, polite, and professional. Their consistency and sincerity easily take this 3-star property to a 5-star level. The people here really made our stay memorable. Food was top-notch, both à la carte and buffet breakfast 10/10. There is a reason why its cheap non refundable, and there was no ladder into the pool as in photos."
