Central to The Burnaby, new West, Kingsway area. A surprising accommodation built above a newer community centre with great facilities. Rooms were very modern and extremely clean. Bedding and the bed were fantastic! Also, the desk staff were really incredible and helpful. They made lots of helpful suggestions and continued to offer their assistance should I need anything. I’ll definitely be staying in the hotel the next time I need to travel there!

Very nice, super clean, very new. Comfy bed, nice bathroom gestures and lovely complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the shared space. I missed having no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room. There were no cups/glasses either to be able to drink water. It would be fab to add those things to the rooms with creamers so that you don't need to get dressed to go get a coffee. A full length mirror would also be a great addition. Overall great as very comfy & quiet to relax in!

Room was so clean and for the price we were so suprised at the quality of the room! Most hotel rooms have an iron and ironing board, they had a steamer! Brand new one! Staff was kind and helpful. Free refreshments. We loved our stay and will be back for sure.

The TV was the downside, we couldn't figure it out and we couldn't even connect it to the property WiFi. I understand many hotels are now asking you to connect to your own mobile device but I think for what you pay you should at least be able to log in to the property's WiFi through the TV, just like any SmartTV at home.
