"Great hotel with very comfortable clean rooms. Lots of nice areas to sit and relax with a drink and a very nice beer garden where we had freshly made pizza which was delicious. We stayed two nights and Harry and the team gave great service and very friendly. Breakfast was great too. "

"The location was good. However Internet connection was non-existent during my stay. The staff were not helpful as they referred everything to a manager who was never on site. It caused great inconvenience. I could not work from the room. Apart from Arham, none of the staff attempted to provide any updates. Service needs to be improved and I am surprised by Expedia’s 4 star rating. No s as prologue or compensation was offered!"

"If you just need a bed for the night it’s ok but don’t expect a lot. If you can actually find your room through the maze of corridors you’re doing well. Opening the door to our room we were met by a very strong smell of cigarettes, very off putting. Room was a decent size for a family of 3 but the beds were solid as a rock. "Booked two rooms for me and a colleague for a three night business trip. Arrived and was told we only had one room, had to show proof two rooms booked. Everything in the room was dirty / grimy / sticky, there was a layer of dust on every surface, rubbish on the floor, rubbish in the tea bag pot. The television remote control was disgusting, completely gunged up with grime. The carpet was very dirty around the edges - dust and rubbish, skirtings had a thick layer of dirt and dust.
