"To talk to staff you have to call a number then text them your booking details and your full name and then wait for them to give you the code to your room, room was not clean for example poo stains in the toilet, dead spider on the wall, wall paper coming off, door handle to bathroom was broken and all the units where falling apart."

"I never stayed at the place because there was no one to open the door or provide instructions how to get in. I have to book another hotel at mid night. I want my refund."
