"Have stayed here a couple of times before and have always been welcomed by the exceptionally helpful reception staff. We arrived early and they allowed us early access to an upgraded room to get ready for our daughter's graduation. The rooms are always very clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. Will always stay here when we visit Manchester. "

"This property is located in a perfect spot for catching the Salford Central train or walking across the river to downtown Manchester. I took a different route every day and saw so many things. The wifi was excellent and I felt totally safe and comfortable. Very comfortable bed too! I messaged the property managers a couple of times with random questions, and they responded immediately. It was a breeze."

"i booked a standard king bed.however,they use 2 single beds put together.and this causes discomfort because there is a hole in the middle of the bed.an ordinary hotel and should not get 4 stars.housekeeping is not clean.the room still has trash on it floor."
