The room was very clean, bed comfortable. However I found the lighting poor, I don't understand why hotels don't have a big light. The bathroom felt like it was for a swimming baths. for a superior king room it was very utilitarian, I was expecting a bit more luxury. The wifi was spotty and I couldn't see any instructions on how to use it. The staff were lovely and accommodating, really lovely people. Thank you to them. The room doors are so heavy and the almighty bang they made when closing was terrible.
