"Over all not bad. Sofa come beds need to be changed, as not comfortable at all. I told them after 1st night but still not better. We were 4 and 3 of us slept in main bed and that why poor rating. So need to check there beds."

"Room was clean, no visible parking and noone to ask when returning with the car at 11.30pm. Took 20minutes to check in because the boss wasnt around and he wanted cash until I refused to go to a cash machine. Felt sorry for the lady as it wasnr her fault, just lazy boss. "

"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."

"Average hotel , cramped room ,only 2 chairs despite large twin double bed and single, poor breakfast choice and quality( no wonder it's complimentary, and again it always happens in hotels with or without soundproofing Noisy guests returning to their rooms after night out drunk and inconsiderate ,talking loudly banging doors , scrambled eggs served Luke warm only 6 am in morning ! lack of choice, noisy air con ( at least drowned out sound of guests next door."

"The internet speed at this property was abysmal. I rarely got more than 5 mbps which is entirely unsatisfactory, especially if you are a business traveler who needs to stay in touch with coworkers through video calls or needs to use a vpn. In addition, the hotel seemed to have a problem with the key cards commonly not working. I repeatedly had to go to the desk to ask for a new key card which would work for about a day and then stop working, leaving me locked out of my room. For the price of...

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...

"Loved our short stay here. Everything exceeded expectations with particular praise for all the staff from housekeeping to front desk to catering and waiting staff everyone was friendly professional and personable. Great breakfast too."
