"Easily accessible, just 6 minutes walk from Crumpsall metro. On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly lady, who throughout my stay was very nice and helpful. We checked into the room and immediately noticed how clean the room was, the whole hotel in fact was immaculate. "Room was spacious & very clean. Was able to check in at 12.30, I presume it was the lady who runs the hotel who took us up to our room. She even went out of her way to drop us off at the station to catch the tram into the city centre. Will definitely use this hotel again when in Manchester. "
