"Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...

"Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...

"The hotel was amazing. It was clean. The room didn’t have a microwave or a fridge. I did speak to the manager. He advised me if it was small he can place it in there fridge at the back. I didn’t take there offer."

"The hotel is convenient with access to plenty of bars and restaurants. However the breakfast is totally shocking and the price when something good is on is very over the top. So, don’t have breakfast here. Find somewhere else."

"5th floor too hot time of stay was 18 degrees outside so not due to hot weather. Provided 3 fans but did not sleep at all , no ventilation windows opened an inch and was noisy outside. Should not allow people to stay in the room as was just hot. Property very basic and not great value"

"Good location for the arena. Friendly staff, a decent breakfast selection (though I wouldn't want to book a breakfast time, as instructed, if I was on holiday). Decent bathroom. Downsides-smallish bed, slow check in, no bedside table, outside windows absolutely filthy, slow room service."

"I liked the decor but the room was in the basement and felt like a dungeon and right next to an entrance door for staff and below the lobby entrance stairs so was so noisy as well as the window right at ground level in a busy alleyway so lots of noise and no privacy."
