"The Natchez is the only property I will stay at when I’m in New Orleans. The property is amazing and aesthetically pleasing! Great service, cool outdoor area with a pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, and enough outdoor space to lounge and chill. Our girls trip was a huge success and everyone was comfortable and thoroughly pleased with our stay at The Natchez. Do yourself a favor and look no further for a place to lay your head. "The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot"

Stayed during July 4th weekend, and found the walls are thin and can hear the very loud neighbors and smell their marijuana/cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable, extra linens and towels were available, all kitchen items supplied. Would stay here again."

"So I recently just stayed there July 17th-19th and we had no air the entire weekend . Imagine coming from walking the strip in hot weather just to have to sleep in hot weather . Our thermostat got up to 82 degrees. Maintenance couldn’t fix it . & we was not able to move to another room. Tried reaching out to management Monday morning twice , no response ."
