The beds turned down, breakfast in the room, and the absolute best bath soap ever were all excellent. The pillows and mattresses are to die for. The location was perfect and service top notch. "My husband and I had such a great experience staying at the Virgin Hotel in New Orleans! The hotel was incredibly clean, which is always a top priority for me. I also loved the location. It’s in a perfect area that isn’t overly crowded, yet still within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants and popular spots. "Nice rooftop pool area and restaurant. Good space in the room/apartment, with a full kitchen. Bedroom had no window and was dark due to the layout of the building (a warehouse conversion). Carpet in the hallways was quite stained."

"Spacious room with modern decor style throughout hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. There were a couple minor things (missing drain stopper in sink, someone's leftover sandwich in mini-fridge, lack of a mirror near good lighting for make-up) but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Nice hotel for the area, but I wasn’t thrilled with the rooms based on the price I paid. The bathrooms have a sliding door with no privacy—you can see through the sides and basically see everything—and there’s only one small towel holder. The staff was great, and it’s super easy access to Canal St; Bourbon St is within walking distance. Overall, nice lobby, but I feel like I overpaid. "

"The room was very clean, check in was a breeze. The only thing is they had a sign in the elevator about happy hour and bites but the days of the week were incorrect and they don't have food. However this was minor. The workout room was small but clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel and the staff were very polite. We would stay there again. "
