"Daniela was absolutely the best host and provide excellent customer service. She is very nice and really help you beyond expectations. The place is an old building but the room was decent, it have a very big infinity pool and is ocean front right on the beach. The restaurant food is not the best and really don’t recommend it. "

"Unsanitary conditions such as human fluids all over the bathroom toilet , hair on the bed, kitchen was dirty and sticky, check in and out in less than 5 minutes the worst was the management, extremely rude and not willing to help on any way please avoid this place if you can it ruin my entire vacation trip"

"No complaints. Everyone was super friendly, and overall the property was clean. Bathroom was leaking water everywhere, which wasn't a major issue, but left some of my clothes wet after a shower. Property in great location, near a lot of food places and only a 20min drive from the Hotel Zona. Recommend if you are looking for something in Cancun thats quiet, away from the clubs, still close to everything and cost affordable. "

We bought air fresheners. I loved having great access to the beach and a great pool area. It is a nice place. "
