"Shower fixture not working properly with loose parts and after messing with it for longer than necessary I could not get any water. When I told the desk person at checkout he said you need to pull on it, which I did but because it was so loose I didn’t want to damage it further by pulling on it with any force—and I shouldn’t have to. Did not get a shower needless to say. Otherwise everything was fine. Could use another seating option—seemed like plenty of floor space for it. More pillows could also be helpful. Appreciated the early check-in (desk person was helpful) and the room view was nice. Hotel was convenient to dining options and airport, and no charge for parking."
