Book 3 room’s for my family ,Check in fast and easy the front desk crew very nice and friendly and all the staff very friendly and always smiles.the breakfast is really good lot’s foods options to choose and all good and yummy 😃😃I definitely coming back stay in this hotel again but I will make early reservations so I can get the room in the first floor which is have dirrect access to the swimming pool from the room balcony

I booked a junior room, it has a shared bathroom, due to the rate , I didn’t read the details properly, thinking it has a private bathroom. However the share bathroom aren’t well kept , need to consistently inform them daily , like replenishing the toilet papers. The water for showering too is unstable. But location is a walking distance to JATIM 1 with car parks. But the room itself is clean and just fine with a shared balcony too.

Pros: the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: the airport shuttle, which costs 400, 000 rupiah, didn't know the way. The road that was supposed to take us an hour and change took us 7 hours. He stopped many times to ask directions. Finally when we got to the hotel all tired with very little time to rest before our trip up the mountain Bromo (it starts at midnight) they have us a room with one bed instead of two and requested Thad we pay them to change to the correct room. I paid because I was too tired to argue but this is absolutely terrible business manner. They didn't even apologize for driving us around for 7 hours.
