"TV channel tak menarik. Terhad sangat. Untuk regular customer juga takde keistimewaan even Kluang Cafe ada di sebelah hotel. Sepatutnya paling kurang set roti bakar beserta kopi pun dah cukup untuk menu sarapan pagi untuk regular customer. Owner yang sama. Takkan nak berkira?
Sediakan small freezer untuk family room jika boleh. Mudahkan anak² kecil untuk sejukkan minuman."

"Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room.

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests.
I do not know why check in takes this long.
When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins.
Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking.
Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust.
I will not stay here again."
"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots.
The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking.
At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities.
Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "
