"It is lovely spacious room, good for family washer dryer is very useful Cutlery could be renewed We have to ask for kettle No microwave nor toaster Difficult to have toast in the morning or other food to be heated We have 8 visitors but we were given only 2 bath towel so we have to ask again and again Conditions of rooms were a bit dated If they can do facelift it could fetch much more in fees because the room has stunning view of towers Sky deck is the best With the price we paid we are happy Pros - location Sky deck and view Spacious room Cons-felt dated Some utensil mentioned as above "

"I cannot thank the staff at Hilton KL Sentral enough for their excellent service and help. I stayed there a couple times for my egg freezing trips. During my first stay, I lost one injection in the fridge. I called the hotel after realising I didn’t bring it back, Ida responded and found the med immediately. Then they kept it for me in a fridge and brought it to my room during my next visit (coordinated by Clift). Really appreciate the help 🙏"

"A convenient stay overall but Aircon needs a huge upgrade. No matter the setting, it is as loud as a 747 taking off nearby. Couldn’t leave it on. Walls are paper thin as well (at least by the garden rooms) where you can hear everything that’s going on around you, especially when people leave for their flights at 4 or 5am. Room was clean and ok sized considering it was for a night only. Bed was super comfy as well which made all the difference. Check-in was good and the breakfast buffet was open from 4am (egg station from 6am). Good variety and very good coffee. Overall can’t fault the location and it is good value for money. "
