Budget-Friendly Stay with Basics Amenities

We stayed in two single-bed rooms on level 5. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms are good value for the price. Free basement parking is available. The property is a bit old, so don't expect anything fancy. Hot water is consistently available, and the hotel provides basic amenities such as two water bottles, shower gel, and shampoo. However, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and lockers are not provided. There is a mini refrigerator in the room. I stayed for one night without breakfast, so I can't comment on the food. The location is decent.

Property is very old and needs an upgrade urgently. Maintenance staff is totally hopeless. Toilet cannot flush and took forever to top up. Shower curtain damaged and dirty. Hallway is moldy and smelly. Some of the reception staff are clueless about solving problems. Porter is also the security guard? When needed not there. Room size is adequate. AC works well.

Keep expectations low.

Cigarette smoke smell everywhere in the room and walkway. Room did not feel clean. No toiletries. Staff were friendly. Internet was good. Had a good view. Can’t complain for the fair price point.

I was only there a night as it was close to where my friend lived and was easy to pick up and go to airport. Now as a foreign visitor, I came from another hotel that had slightly better amenities. The room here, did not have a usb charger and no clock in the room. But did have a nice small free breakfast!
