"Amethyst is my all-time favorite hostel. It was my first time hostel hoping, and I wasn't sure if I would make friends. Enter Saiful. He invited me to dinner where I got to know other travelers, who I ended up spending the rest of my time in KL with, visiting everything from the Batu Caves to the Putrajaya Pink Mosque. I originally booked for three nights but ended up extending to a week because I couldn't leave so soon after meeting such incredible people! Saiful took us to the best spots for...

"From check in onwards staff very friendly and helpful directions re restaurants and places of interest . Had 2 beautiful rooms overlooking the pool. The pool had also a great separate childrens area not attached to the main pool. Also good poolside restaurant plenty of choices re food.would stay here again if in Kuala Lumpur."
