When we ask staff they said auto lock...auto lock the door after 12pm not before 12pm. And give extra 10 or 15 min to check out...And staff saw us going up but never stop us to unlock."

"Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to everything."
