"If you book a den, you might not get what is advertised. The initial room we got was not representative of the photos. It was small and there was no mini bar fridge in there. When we went to explain the situation, the employee didn’t want aid us in any way, the manager rekah (if her name is spelled correctly) stepped in and took prompt action to remedy the situation. Her customer service was to be expected from a Hyatt brand name. She made the stay and experience one I could recommend."

"We stayed in the Old Wing. Our suite was very comfortable, the bed enormous and the bathroom stylish. Some minor niggles apart - one of the shower taps was dodgy- everything about the room was wonderful. Malaysian hotels struggle with maintenance and this was apparent at the Majestic too. It’s not a problem yet but could be in the future. The breakfasts in the Tower Wing restaurant offered the widest choice I have seen. Coffee was not great though - stick to making your own tea. The bar in the Old Wing is comfortable with good cocktails and pleasant live music. The location of the hotel is not ideal and KL is not a walkable city but it’s a short (unpleasant) walk to Muzium Negara MRT which will then take you to Chinatown in 5 minutes. The hotel has a shuttle to KL Sentral in daylight hours, which is useful. Staff are great - friendly and efficient."

All hotel staff are so friendly and helpful especially the security team. Every floor lift lobby has free snacks, hot beverages and chilled tea. Strongly recommend it."

"What an excellent choice of location to base ourselves in KL. Far enough from the city centre to be able to enjoy the calm serenity of the surrounding nature during early mornings yet close enough to jump in a taxi to the Petronas Towers for example. Transport is very easy, airport taxi initially then the Grab app thereafter, simple. The hotel provides a pleasant balance between business elegance whilst at the same time catering for visitors and families. We stayed in a Villa which is probably the best villa I have every had the pleasure to stay at and I've been in some nice ones. Spacious, well provided for and a comfortable bed that was huge! Of particular note were the staff we met regularly in the Premium Leisure Lounge which was complementary with our package. Izman was absolutely excellent and Kamarul very pleasant. I also noted one of the Pool guys, Raj Kumar I think, he was excellent at supervising the pool I noticed and he impressed me even though we never spoke. Overall highly recommended. We stayed 10 days and we didn't want for anything. Having a shopping mall in walking distance (connected to the hotel) helps, especially when it is full of eating establishments. Very satisfied."

"Overall experience was good but if you want a peaceful relaxing experience I would not book it it’s more for families with children as the hotel was very busy and loud. The spa was overally priced and the package that I booked included pedicure but the therapist did not even do it properly, she quickly just scrubbed my feet for few seconds and she was done."
