"Clean new hotel however ensure you have extra cash as you are required to leave a deposit, plus taxes, plus extra deposit if you need an extra key. Also, housekeeping were banging doors very early in the morning!!! Ask for a room that doesn’t face the restaurant as it’s also noisy all night "

"The hotel was very basic but it had everything I needed. There was a restaurant nearby and a few convenience stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rates were very cheap given the locale. Wasn’t easy to get Grab or a taxi, but there was a nearby MRT station a 15-minute walk away. I would stay there again."

"Good receptionist service staffs. Azlan has excellent customer service and makes staff feel comfortable. He helped me book a cheap grab car to go to KL city and gave me a wake up call at 5am."

"Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...

"Clerk could not find booking. Continued to dispute even after repeatedly show booking number and paid invoice. Argued that it must be for another branch. 15 mins later i got a key !! Not what you need at 11pm. Upon checkout counter not open. Even though sign on door and advertise 24 Hours. Did not get my key deposit back as I had to leave to get catch a flight. RM20 lost. "

"Thats a residence, once you have this in mind it will be ok your stay. Apartments depnd on the onwer you get it. Mine was very basic. Attention is good, good cafes near by. "
