"I had to stay here due to a flight cancellation. The shuttle was easy to get to and from the airport. The staff I talked to in order to get the shuttle to the hotel was not very friendly or helpful and just hung up after saying, "Go to zone 3." My room was in the basement level. I literally was at the parking lot level. There was a crying baby next door which didn't help the ability to sleep although that isn't the hotel's fault.
