"Another wonderful stay at the Tower Hotel. The room had everything we needed, it was very clean, bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The hotel itself is spotless and the staff were so helpful. No negative comments to add."

"The hotel's breakfast is unbelievable. It is worth it to stay at this hotel for the breakfast alone. They are exceptionally good at cleaning the room. The staff is most helpful and they have plenty of staff available. I liked the hotel's location, just a couple of blocks from Victoria Station. Also, several good theaters very close."

"If you are not flexible or able to get up into these pods, it would not be a choice for you, but for me, it was no problem at all and I’m 60. It was in a fantastic location, close to the British Museum and the theaters.. restaurants, pubs.. really great for a solo traveler like me!"

"Stunning hotel and located well for business and pleasure. Big Ben is on full view from the front of the hotel and is only a brisk walk across Westminster bridge. Great food options and the English breakfast was delicious. My only gripe was the huge face of a woman on the wardrobe doors in my room. You certainly get a shock when you turn over during the night and see her peeping at you in the dark!!!"

"Excellent location. I had a twin bed room and it was small but had everything you need. Water was instantly hot (which isn't always a given) and there was a safe and extra blanket in the room. Only issue is the elevators are painfully slow. One day I had to wait over 5 minutes for one to show on my floor. A lot of people using the stairs but they are not well marked and are very twisty."
